We use Couriers Please satchel services for all deliveries, except those sent to PO boxes. Couriers Please require a signature on delivery, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery during business hours. If the address will be unattended during this time, please give us 'authority to leave' the package at your address, if it is safe to do so. (NB: packages delivered with an 'Authority to Leave' are at the risk of the purchaser if lost or stolen).

All items in stock will be dispatched within 2 business days of your order. The majority of our orders are then delivered within 2 business days from dispatch.

Freight charges for coffee bean orders over $50 are free. Please use Coupon Code: "COFFEE" at checkout. Freight charges for orders under $50 are calculated during checkout.
