Shipping

We roast coffee on Wednesdays. Depending on when you order, sometimes we’ll wait until we have a fresh roast to dispatch to ensure the freshness of the product delivered.


— Domestic —

Flat rate shipping Australia wide, depending on post code, plus FREE shipping for all metropolitan domestic orders over $150 (excludes WA & NT).

We use Australia Post eParcel service to deliver our orders. Please expect your order 2-5 days after dispatch. Please note: rural areas may attract a longer delivery time. All parcels are marked with ‘Authority to Leave’ unless you request otherwise.

— International (most countries) —

We use Australia Post to deliver our international orders. Please allow 4-21 working days (depending on your location) from the date of dispatch for delivery of your order. Delivery times are dependent on your country’s importing methods including customs, shipping, and local postal services. Please note, import duties and taxes are your responsibility as the customer, and it is up to you to find out what these costs may be.


Returns

We have thorough quality control systems in place at our roastery, which ensure only the highest quality coffee is delivered. We do not accept returns on coffee beans, but please do get in touch with us if you have any queries or concerns at orders@coffeebird.com.au and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues and keep you drinking great coffee wherever you are.
